(B) New land scheme
(C)An application to identify the report type
(D) Determine the report addressee
Procedures
- (A)Submit the application to customer service
(B) Refer the application to the region inspector to detect and prepare photographed report.
(C) Refer the report to the head of the Department of Engineering Affairs for approval.
(D) Department director approval.
