Verify the accuracy of construction works at site before concrete casting

Required Documents

1. A valid Building License
   
2. A valid professional license for the contractor
   
3. The new site scheme
   
4. Filling the Structural audit form , signed and stamped by both of the contractor and the consultant this form submitted at every audit process
   
5. Detection and auditing form for projects at the site
   
6. Record of site receipt specifying the plot frontier by Planning and Survey Department.
   
7. Examine Roller Base layers (R.B).
   
8. A result of concrete tests for the previous elements.
   

Procedures

1. The application submitted by the contractor to customer service.
   
2. Referred to the head of the Department of Engineering Affairs for approval and referred to the engineer in charge.
   
3. Contact with contractors to set the dates to detect on the site with the necessity of the presence of the site engineer on delivery.
   
4. At detection and approval of the business it requires a contractor?s engineer and consultant?s engineer presence.
   
5. The files are delivered in next day after its approved and make a copy of the approved application kept in a special file.
