11. Clearance of violations1
    
12. A copy of the contract signed between the contractor and the owner1
    
13. Joint walls agreement, if any1
    
14. Payment of fees receipt1
    
15. Guaranties for the roof insulation and a certificate of anti- Arrma ant spraying
