Required Documents
- (A) Commissioning from the Owner
(B) Supervision letter
(C) Letter from the consultant explains completion rate and the number of the renewal permit for the required construction
(D) Land scheme copy
(E)Construction previous permit issued for the project
(F) Consultant license copy
(G)Contractor's license copy
(H)Last three construction checks copies
(I)Attach a copy of the approved plans in the case of municipal request
(J) Fees according to the regulations
Procedures
- (A) When all documents are completed, transaction shall be submitted to customer service.
(B) Transaction shall be referred after audited by the receptionist to the design department and architectural and structural audit for study.
(c) Fees are calculated after the approval of structural and architectural design engineer
(D) After payment the prescribed fees, it should be refer to the Department of Licenses, and the issuance of a building license by type of transaction
