3. No objection from Electricity, Water and Communications and approval from Civil Defense
   

Procedures

1. Submit the required documents with the application for a permit from the reception.
   
2. Detect on the site and report it.
   
3. Approval of the head of department.
   
4. Complete the transaction after the payment of prescribed fees
