7. Fees according to regulations

9. initial approval (including all documents in the preliminary)
   
10. Supervision letter as sample
    
11. Contractor's contract
    
12. consultant's contract
    
13. A copy of contractor's license (valid)
    
14. copy of the contractor and consultant registration (for Sheikh Zayed projects program
    
15. Two geometric schemes for the final (architect - structural - plans (EMP)
    
16. No Objection from Electricity , Water and Communication
    
17. Approved applications according to electricity and telephone plans1
    
18. Civil Defense approval of plans in case of (industrial - Commercial Residential)1

20. construction accounts (calculation memorandum + sample of structural analysis)1

Procedures

1. Complete the required documents
   
2. The transaction submitted to the receptionist - customer service with Payment of the prescribed fees.B) final approval:
   
3. After the initial approval ,required documentsshall be completed
   
4. submit to Customer Service
   
5. Refer to the structural audit department
   
6. In case of Notes it is referred to the Consultant for amendment
   
7. After final approval by the structural audit engineer the prescribed fees are calculated and referred to the Department of Licenses
   
8. Building license will be approved by President of the Department of Licenses - Head of the Department of Engineering Affairs - Director General of the Municipality
